Fun, Sun & Food

 We Can't wait to get going to California where the sun always shines and the ocean is nearby.  But another super exciting characteristic of Cali, which should not be overlooked, is the fantastic food.

Artichokes, Blackberries, Chiles, Edamame, Figs, Gooseberries, Sunchokes, Kiwis, Oranges, Pomegranates... all grown seasonally in California and available at the many operating farmers markets.

If we make it to the coast (where Ian would be potentially working with Salmon) we could merge our interests perfectly: fish and food!

Q:  What is a California-grown food we just have to try?  We're not picky!
